Emily Altaria

Here is the fifth member of Rachel’s team, Emily Altaria. The 2 met in a rather interesting way. One night while Rachel, Melody were camping a bit away from a cliff and once everyone had gone to sleep Haley, Melody’s Misdreavus decided to force open her ball, causing her to fuse with the sleeping Melody do to the latter’s bonding gloves. Well she decided to play with Rachel using a body altering device they acquired. With it, Rachel was at her mercy, even after waking up. But she eventually showed restraint when she could do anything to Rachel. Well after such an act Rachel figured she was ready for a gift, a Dusk Stone. But when she evolved a pocket of corrupted energy left in Haley decided to release in a shock wave, knocking them both out and sending Rachel off the cliff. That’s when Emily flow by and saved Rachel, both landing at the bottom of the cliff. Rachel woke and Emily filled her in on what happen. Rachel then asked what she was doing all alone in the middle of nowhere flying around. It turned out she was abandoned by her flock for losing an important battle. She was wondering, trying to get stronger. Being the typical trainer she was, Rachel offered to help her and bring her along and for the first time for Rachel, Emily said no. Thrown aback by this, Rachel took a moment; Emily seemed determined but very lonely. Then she had the brain wave. “How about we decide this the old fashioned way?” Rachel challenged Emily to a wild Pokémon battle, to which she accepts. Rachel transformed into Julie Mawile. Though type wasn’t on her side, Emily had the levels and powerful buffs in Cotton Guard and Dragon Dance. It was a tough battle, but Julie was built for dragon slaying. Eventually Rachel as Julie won the battle, catching Emily. From then on, Rachel promised to help her get stronger and Emily seemed to except the deal, even if it was after the fact. As of the posting Emily’s moves are Dragon Pulse, Cotton Guard, Dragon Dance, and Sky Attack.
